We accept items unworn or unused with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange. You have 14 days from the date you receive your shipment to return your items. If there are any signs of use we will not be able to accept the return or exchange. Please contact with the subject: 'ATTN: Return (your ORDER#)'.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned, minus the cost of shipping. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

*We are not responsible for shipping costs. For your protection, please use a brand new box and a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.

When shipping a return or exchange, please note this process may take longer than your original delivery process. Returns may take up to 1-2 weeks depending on the items returned and your location.
